ESPROMC is a Turkish company that mainly processes agricultural parts. The customer previously used a 4.5kW CO2 laser cutting machine, which had a slow cutting speed and low processing efficiency, failing to meet the increasing cutting demand. The maintenance costs for the CO2 machine were high, and there were significant expenses for replacement parts.
What’s more, the laser’s 4.5kW capacity couldn't fulfill the current processing requirements, particularly in cutting thick materials like 50mm carbon steel. Moreover, due to the old machine's extended use and aging components, frequent breakdowns occurred, resulting in production delays and adversely affecting product delivery schedules
To address these challenges, ESPROMC attended a trade show to seek out improved solutions. Upon seeing Bodor's booth, they were immediately impressed by the kinds of fiber laser cutting machines. They were especially struck by the high-power 22kW model. This model is capable of cutting up to 50mm thick carbon steel, meeting their maximum cutting requirements.
Following a professional introduction by the sales team and learning about the success stories of local customers using Bodor machines, they promptly reserved a C6 22kW machine at the exhibition. With the first machine put into production, ESPROMC experienced the superiority of Bodor laser cutting machines along with excellent after-sales service.
To keep pace with their company's ongoing growth, they strategically purchased four cutting machines within a year. This included two high-power C6 22kW machines for cutting 50mm carbon steel, one P3 12kW sheet machine for cutting medium-thin sheets, and one K350 3kW machine for cutting tubes. The upgrade to Bodor laser cutting machines significantly boosted ESPROMC's production efficiency.
After integrating the Bodor C6, P3, and K3 laser cutting machines, ESPROMC revolutionized its manufacturing processes, witnessing significant improvements in product quality and efficiency.
Equipped with the state-of-the-art BodorGenius laser head, the machines deliver smooth, burr-free edges, eliminating the need for time-consuming secondary polishing. Additionally, the 22kW high-power machines have greatly enhanced customer production efficiency. According to customer statistics, using Bodor laser cutting machines has significantly increased cutting efficiency compared to CO2 lasers, evidenced by a 75% surge in cutting speed, a 60% improvement in product precision and a 50% increase in cutting thickness.
By using Bodor's advanced machines, ESPROMC has effectively addressed previous challenges and enhanced its capability to handle precision components. This integration has allowed ESPROMC to maintain its reputation as a supplier of high-quality and reliable agricultural machinery chassis, thereby solidifying its position as an industry leader.
