LTP encountered three main challenges: high costs, subpar quality, and extended processing times. While conventional processing methods, like oxygen cutting, were familiar to the LTP teams, their inherent limitations impeded the process, especially in an advancing industry. These approaches, falling short of modern standards for precision and efficiency, required extra labor time and costs for secondary processing and equipment maintenance.

The consequences of these problems were evident. Elevated costs directly impacted the company's profitability, resulting in budget overruns, client attrition, and diminished competitiveness. The compromised quality of products severely affected the company's reputation. Moreover, protracted progressing cycles impeded the company's ability to meet urgent delivery demands, leading to missed opportunities and jeopardizing sustainable business growth.

The wise choice: ditch the outdated equipment and invest in advanced laser machines

LTP realized that the outdated equipment, lacking the precision and speed required for today's projects, contributed significantly to escalating costs and protracted processing times. They sought a solution that would not only address these issues but also comply with their commitment to innovation and quality.

At an exhibition, they stumbled upon the Bodor A, H, and K series laser cutting machines and were attracted by their outstanding performance. Bodor’s laser cutting machines are equipped not only with the BodorPower laser source and BodorGenius laser head but also a range of innovative functions such as intelligent remnant layout, overheating offset, and four-side edge finding. Moreover, the BodorThinker high-end intelligent control system enables the laser cutting solutions to be more modular, customizable, and automated, which can provide LTP with a more flexible and efficient production management approach.

As the pivotal decision, LTP purchased an H16 12kW large-format and high-power sheet cutting machine, an A6 3kW sheet cutting machine, and two K230 3kW tube cutting machines, aiming to achieve a higher level of metal processing.
