As project volumes continued to increase and construction timelines became more demanding, Dongyi required equipment that could keep pace with its expanding workload. Their operations involved processing 30–45 mm thick steel plates and large quantities of structural tubes—tasks that called for high cutting efficiency, consistent precision, and long-hour stability. Solution
To support its expanding workloads, Dongyi upgraded its production line with Bodor's high-power cutting solutions. The C Series, powered by a 10kW+ laser source, delivered fast and accurate cutting on thick plates—producing clean edges that typically required no secondary processing. Even under long-hour schedules, the system maintained steady performance, running 18 hours or more per day with consistent precision.
For tube fabrication, Dongyi introduced the Bodor K Series and later expanded with the M5 four-chuck tube cutter. These machines offered quicker cutting cycles, high clamping efficiency, and significantly shorter tail lengths, helping reduce raw-material waste and minimizing manual work. Together with Bodor's responsive local service, the upgraded equipment lineup enabled a smoother, more predictable production flow across both plate and tube processing.
